The second annual Fort Worth Fat Tire Festival took place on May 13, 2012 at Gateway Park. The festival is presented by the Fort Worth Mountain Bikers Association, FWMBA.
The Fort Worth Mountain Bikers’ Association (FWMBA) is an all-volunteer, 501c3 non-profit organization dedicated to promoting responsible mountain biking through trail construction and maintenance, education and organized events throughout the year. As an affiliate member of the International Mountain Bike Association, FWMBA’s primary focus is to work with the city of Fort Worth and public land owners for land access to build, operate and maintain bike trails.
